Women's Health

You know your body. You know something isn't right. And you deserve someone who will finally listen.

A welcome message from Dr. Meg
You are in the right place.

You've been told your labs are normal. But you don't feel normal. And you know the difference.

Maybe you're eating well, exercising, doing everything right, and your body still isn't responding. The brain fog. The weight that won't move. The mood shifts that feel like they belong to someone else.

Maybe you're in the middle of perimenopause and the symptoms are touching every part of your life. Your work. Your relationships. Your sense of yourself. You've been told to wait it out, or offered a prescription with no real explanation, or simply made to feel like this is just what being a woman at this stage looks like.

Or maybe you actually feel okay right now, and you're paying attention. You're watching the women around you struggle, thinking about your own mother's health, and asking yourself what you can do now, for your bones, your brain, your heart, your future, before you're in a crisis instead of a conversation.

Wherever you're starting from, you deserve more than what you've been offered.

A word from Dr. Meg.

I gave advice I now regret. That haunts me.

I trained in an era when hormone therapy had been largely abandoned, when women were told to push through it and their symptoms were dismissed as anxiety, aging, or stress. I told women to ride it out. What I know now is that your symptoms are real, they have a biological explanation, and they deserve a real medical response. That is the practice I built YOUR.Life to be.

Two decades of learning later, I can say this clearly: the hormonal changes women experience are not a passage to endure. They are a clinical event, and they deserve clinical attention. The conversation you have always deserved to have exists. We are here to have it with you.

What we know that changes everything.

Your hormones don't work in isolation. Neither does your care.

Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone are in constant conversation with your thyroid, your adrenals, your gut, and your brain. When one part of that system is disrupted, the others feel it. Real hormonal health requires someone willing to look at all of it together.

01

Nutrition as the Foundation

Your hormones are literally made from what you eat. Protein, healthy fats, and key micronutrients like magnesium, zinc, and B vitamins are the raw materials your body needs to produce and balance hormones. Without enough of them, the system struggles, no matter how many other things you do right.

02

The Gut and Estrogen Connection

Your gut is directly involved in how estrogen is processed. A collection of gut bacteria called the estrobolome regulates how estrogen is metabolized and cleared from your body. When that system is disrupted, estrogen recirculates instead of being excreted, and you feel it in your mood, your cycles, your weight, and your energy.

03

Blood Sugar as a Master Switch

Frequent insulin spikes, from stress, from refined carbohydrates, from skipping meals, can raise testosterone in women, worsen PMS, disrupt ovulation, and dramatically accelerate the symptoms of perimenopause. Blood sugar stability is not just a metabolic issue. It is a hormonal one.

04

Stress, Progesterone, and Thyroid

Chronic stress quietly suppresses progesterone and dysregulates thyroid function. These are two of the most common root causes behind the symptoms women are told are just part of aging. They're not. They're treatable, when someone looks for them.

05

Sleep as a Clinical Issue

Sleep is when your hormones repair and reset. Even mild but consistent sleep disruption raises cortisol and insulin, and unravels the hormonal balance you've been working so hard to build. This is not a lifestyle suggestion. It is a clinical finding that requires a clinical response.

06

The Full Picture on Hormone Therapy

There is far more available during perimenopause and menopause than most women are told. Hormone therapy, when properly evaluated, individually assessed, and medically supervised, can protect your bones, your brain, your heart, and your quality of life. The conversation you deserve to have exists. We are here to have it with you.

"A single lab value, even one that comes back in range, rarely tells the whole story. Real hormonal health requires someone who is willing to look at all of it together, connect the dots, and build a strategy around what they find. Not manage symptoms. Find the cause."

Does any of this sound like you?

We work with women across every stage of hormonal life.

What they share isn't a single diagnosis. It's a pattern of being dismissed, undertested, and underserved. If any of these feel familiar, keep reading.

Your cycles have changed, your mood is unpredictable, your energy is gone, and you've been told your labs are normal.

You're exhausted and gaining weight despite doing everything right, and the only thing you've been offered is an antidepressant.

You're in perimenopause and the symptoms are affecting your sleep, your relationships, your work, and your sense of yourself, and you've been told to wait it out.

You've entered menopause and want an honest, informed conversation about your options with a physician who has the training and the time to have it.

You feel well right now and want to protect it, proactively building the strategy for your bones, your brain, your cardiovascular health, and the decades ahead.

You've been dismissed or rushed or handed generic advice one too many times, and you are ready for a team that will actually listen, look deeper, and walk alongside you.

How we can help.

Multiple paths forward. One standard of care.

What doesn't change across any of them: we find the root cause, build the strategy around what we find, and give you the team and the support to actually carry it through.

Ready to begin.

You don't have to settle for normal.
